Baumgartner’s is here for you both before and after the sale. We offer a wide range of repair and warranty services for furniture, and we serve as your point of contact for mattress warranty concerns when you purchase your mattress from Baumgartner’s. If you have a furniture or mattress repair or warranty concern, the first step is to please fill out the Service Request form below. We will then reach out to you.

Our professional Delivery Team is full service and will provide the following:
- Call/Text ahead provided for convenience (upon request)
- Our delivery team will discuss where you would like your new item(s) to go and how it should be arranged.
- Complete assembly and inspection of your purchase prior to loading to be sure it meets manufacturing standards.
- Careful placement of item(s) in your home at your direction by our delivery staff.
- Remove straps which secure sleeper sofa mechanisms.
- Set up hutch and buffet units, wall units, and curio cabinets.
- Set glass shelves in hutch and curio pieces.
- Set up bed frames and mattresses.
- Attach mirrors to dressers (not to walls).
Preparing for Delivery
Prepare the following to help our Delivery Team complete a safe and efficient delivery:
- Please ensure you have a clear and accessible path for our Delivery Team.
- Driveways and sidewalks must be clear of mud, snow, and ice to provide a clean path to your home.
- Remove artwork or other decor from walls in tight spaces.
