This was the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. After years of dealing with inferior brands and big box stores for furniture, my wife and I decided it was time to pull the trigger on some quality furniture built to last in our busy household. Drew was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and let us take our time with our decision. He was more than happy to take the time to explain all of the options, warranty, and insurance. We are now happy owners of a new sectional and hybrid mattress. Can’t wait to break them in!

Recently went looking at prices for getting a new display case. All the stores in Columbia had really high prices and no selection. When I went to Baumgartner's the prices were HUNDREDS of dollars less than the sale prices in Columbia, and they had a really great system that I was able to see stock not available in store, but available for order. The large touchscreen that they had allowed me to compare different units side by side. In the end I was able to find a larger display case of better quality at almost HALF the price of other stores.

Alan Baumgartner was very pleasant and easy to work with. He made our time there very productive and overall was very good to work with. Pricing, at least to what we are going with, was very reasonable. And when we took a stroll through the rest of the store, the furniture was also very reasonably priced. It was a great first time experience there and I would highly recommend them.
