There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

How The Guarantee Works

To Qualify

  1. Purchase a mattress at the retail price of $499 or above.
  2. Must have qualified support system for mattress.
  3. Allow 30 days to adjust to your new mattress. If after 30 days you are not comfortable with it, you may reselect within 60 days.

The Re-Selection

  • The full retail value of your mattress will apply minus a $100 charge. The original delivery and disposal fees will not be refunded.
  • If you select a mattress that is more expensive than your original mattress, you will pay the difference (second delivery fee will apply).
  • If you select a mattress that is less expensive than your original mattress, you will receive Baumgartner’s Furniture in-store credit (second delivery fee will apply).

Guarantee Exclusions

Adjustable bases, flat foundations, mattress protectors, pillows and frames are excluded from the Sleep Comfort Guarantee. These items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

General Return Policy

The general return policy applies to all items excluding special orders and Sleep Comfort Guarantee mattresses. Items that apply may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pick-up of the item(s) for full in-store credit. In-store credit must be used within one year of the return date. If the customer does not want in-store credit, the item(s) may be returned in exchange for a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. All small tag accessory items returned are available for a full refund. Any delivery fee paid by customer is non-refundable and customer will be charged an additional delivery fee for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned. All items must be returned in good condition, or no refund, exchange or in-store credit will be provided. After 3 days, the merchandise is non-returnable.

Special Order Items

This applies to all items special ordered or marked as “S/O” on your sales ticket. These items are considered special order items because Baumgartner’s Furniture is ordering to your specifications. We cannot accept cancellations on any item after the point of purchase. All special order items cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason. In limited circumstances, Baumgartner’s Furniture may choose, at its discretion, to allow a cancellation or return. In these limited circumstances, a restocking fee of 35% will be assessed. Delivery fees are non-refundable and pick up fees will apply.

Sleep Comfort Guarantee Items

This includes all mattresses at a retail price of $499 and above. These items are considered special order items because Baumgartner’s Furniture is ordering to your specifications. Modifications may not be made to these orders. In the event you must cancel, a minimum 35% cancellation fee will apply. Once delivered or picked up, all mattresses, foundations and bedding accessories are non-returnable. Refer to Baumgartner’s Furniture Sleep Comfort Guarantee for exceptions.
