Baumgartner's Mattress World Comfort

A mattress with a quality support system will gently support your body at all points and is essential for a good night’s sleep. Mattress World by Baumgartner’s offers three types of support.

Innerspring
Innerspring cores are constructed with steel coils that offer equal support throughout the mattress.

Memory Foam
Memory foam is a high density material that reacts to your body’s weight, shape, and temperature. Memory foam conforms to every curve in your body providing significant pressure relief for optimal support.

Latex
Latex conforms to the shape of your body giving you gentle push back where you need it most. A latex core is very breathable and extremely resilient, instantly responding to your body movements.

A properly working box spring/foundation provides support and can add years of life for your mattress set. The box spring/foundation is designed to work together with your mattress. It’s designed to absorb the stress and shock of body’s weight being applied to the mattress. This relieves stress on the mattress core and increases the performance and feel of your mattress.

Standard Profile
7.5” to 9” High – this is the most common height for a box spring/foundation.

Low Profile
4.5” – 5” High – if a standard box spring/foundation makes your bed too high, a low profile box spring/foundation may can be used. A low profile foundation will also keep your mattress form covering most of your headboard.

Split Queen
A split queen foundation can be used if maneuverability and space is limited. Measuring 30” x 80” each, two spilt queen box spring/foundations can be used to match a queen size. These are available in standard or low profile heights.
